Ingredients
Serves: 4- 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 16 ounces fettuccine, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Place broccoli in microwavable bowl and sprinkle with water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 6 minutes to steam.
2. While broccoli is steaming, heat oil in a large skillet. Place chicken in hot oil and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally. Add garlic and continue cooking until chicken is no longer pink in the middle, another 2 minutes.
3. Add fettuccine and broccoli to skillet with chicken. Toss with sauce, cheese, and pepper. Continue to cook until everything’s piping hot and ready to serve.
