Ingredients

10 sprig(s) | thyme, chopped |
400 g | chicken breast fillet, cut into thin escalopes |
1 medium | egg |
80 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
80 g | breadcrumbs |
3 tbsp | oil |
80 g | flour |
Instructions
Season the escalopes with salt and pepper.Break the egg into a soup plate and whisk slightly with a fork. In another plate fill some flour and in a third combine the breadcrumbs with cheese and thyme. Turn the chicken escalopes first in the flour, then in egg and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
In a large pan, heat the oil. Fry the escalopes until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
