Ingredients

500 g pointed peppers
200 g Feta cheese, diced
100 ml single cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp thyme, chopped
1 tbsp oregano, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 clove(s) garlic, mashed
some chili powder

Instructions

Remove and discard the tops, seeds, and membranes of the bell peppers. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix together the feta cheese, single cream, garlic, oil, thyme, oregano and parsley. Season to taste with chili powder, salt and pepper. Mash with a fork until creamy and well combined.

Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture. Place the stuffed peppers into an oiled casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Serve with fresh bread.
