Ingredients
500 g | pointed peppers |
200 g | Feta cheese, diced |
100 ml | single cream |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | thyme, chopped |
1 tbsp | oregano, chopped |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
some | chili powder |
Instructions
Remove and discard the tops, seeds, and membranes of the bell peppers. Preheat the oven to 200°C.Mix together the feta cheese, single cream, garlic, oil, thyme, oregano and parsley. Season to taste with chili powder, salt and pepper. Mash with a fork until creamy and well combined.
Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture. Place the stuffed peppers into an oiled casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with fresh bread.
