Ingredients
Serves: 5- 1.5 cups chopped onion
- 3 chopped hot peppers (you could use non-spicy if you don’t like a kick)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (1 pound) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 dashes Tabasco
- 3 cups cooked chicken
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. In skillet, cook onion, peppers & garlic in olive oil until tender, but not brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce & next 5 ingredients. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Add chicken. Cover and simmer another 5 minutes until chicken is heated through.
