Chicken and pasta wraps recipe details
A quick and easy lunch for four with the authentic Italian flavor of fresh basil and olive oil.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 5 ounces angel hair pasta
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Break pasta in half and drop into the boiling water; cook for about 3 minutes, or until al dente, then drain and rinse.
2. Stir olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Toss with basil. Pour a little of the mixture into a separate bowl; use to brush chicken and mushrooms.
3. Cook chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about 6 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
4. Stuff each tortilla with some of the pasta, basil mixture, chicken, and mushrooms. Roll up like burritos and serve.
