Chocolate pecan chess pie recipe details
- Ingredients
- One 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 3 whole eggs, unbeaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Using an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar together on low speed. Add flour, Irish cream, vanilla, and melted butter, blending well. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes until top is light brown. Cool on a wire rack.
