Even though it’s a breakfast wrap, it’s good for any meal of the day.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 pack Ore-Ida(R) hashbrowns
- 1/2 a large chopped yellow onion
- 2 slices sliced cajun roast beef
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- smidgen salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 medium slices white American cheese
- 4 tortillas
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Take out griddle and put hashbrowns on.
2. Cut onion and Cajun roast beef; put in 14″ pan.
3. Take hashbrowns off and put in pan; repeat with eggs.
4. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper into pan. Stir.
5. Put in tortilla with cheese and Enjoy.
