Ingredients
Serves: 12- 10 bacon slices
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 4 cups cooked cubed turkey
- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- Dressing: 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
2. Toss lettuce with turkey, tomatoes, cheeses, bacon, bell pepper, red onion, and cucumber in a large bowl.
3. Stir yogurt together with mayonnaise, sugar, red wine vinegar, and garlic powder. Drizzle over the lettuce and turkey mixture. Stir and serve.
