Beer Cheese Soup

Good beer cheese soup.

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 pound butter
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 can evaporated milk
- 16 ounce jar Cheez Whiz(R) cheese spread
- 12 ounces beer
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chive onion
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 45 mins
1. Combine flour and butter at low heat to make a roux. When your roux is lightly browned, add the chicken broth, evaporated milk, Cheez Whiz, beer, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on med to low heat for about 45 min.(Do not over heat it) It will thicken as it cooks. When thick, add the chive onion and enjoy.
