Cheese pilaf recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | rice, uncooked |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | cooking oil |
500 ml | water with chicken stock |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
60 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Heat butter and oil and add garlic and the rice. Sauté until rice begins to colour.
Pour into a baking dish, add stock, cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Liquid should be absorbed.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Stir until cheese has melted and is mixed well with the rice.
