Ingredients

1	baguette
1 tbsp	freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp	freshly grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp	freshly grated Gouda cheese
1 tbsp	parsley, chopped
1	spring onion, chopped
4 tbsp	butter
4 clove(s)	garlic, minced

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 225°C.

In a bowl, mix together the cheese, spring onion and parsley. Melt the butter and sauté the garlic for some seconds.

Half the baguette. Brush the bread halves with garlic butter and sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Place onto a lined baking tray and bake until the cheese has melted and is golden.
