100 g | shredded coconut |
240 ml | plain yogurt |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Stir coconut in a frying pan over medium high heat until golden.In a bowl, mix 50g of the coconut with yogurt and lemon juice. Top with remaining coconut.
Use coconut dressing for mango salad.
