Serves: 6- 1 1/2 pounds catfish fillets
- 1 to 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- Salt, to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and oil a baking dish. Clean, wash, and dry fish.
2. Place fish in a single layer in baking dish. Drizzle butter over the fillets and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
