Ingredients
Serves: 3- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
- 1 tablespoon marjoram leaves
- 1 tablespoon tarragon leaves
- 1 tablespoon dill leaf tips
- 1 pound chicken mince
- 1/2 pound almond paste
- 7 ounces apricot puree
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, ginger, and herbs. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
2. Add chicken and stir to cook for 7 minutes, breaking up clumps if they form. Add almond paste and apricot.
3. Cover, turn down to low heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. If a smoother consistency is desired, transfer to a bowl and puree with a stab blender.
