Ingredients

200 g chanterelles, cleaned, larger ones halved or quartered
2 tbsp butter
1  onion, chopped
1 glass(es) dry white wine
200 g crème fraîche
4 sprig(s) fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the onions until lucent. Add the chanterelles and cook stirring for 3-5 minutes. Add the wine and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and the parsley and cook for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with rice or pasta.
