Ingredients
200 g | chanterelles, cleaned, larger ones halved or quartered |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 glass(es) | dry white wine |
200 g | crème fraîche |
4 sprig(s) | fresh parsley, finely chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the onions until lucent. Add the chanterelles and cook stirring for 3-5 minutes. Add the wine and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and the parsley and cook for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Serve with rice or pasta.
