Cauliflower salad recipe details
Ingredients
1 | cauliflower, steamed and cut into chunks |
6 slice(s) | turkey bacon or smoked bacon |
4 | scallions, chopped |
4 medium | eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped |
80 g | mayonnaise |
80 ml | sour cream |
¼ tsp | paprika powder |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill before serving.Leave out the bacon for a vegetarian version.
