Carrot Fries recipe

Ingredients
750 g | carrots |
1 tsp | sugar |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | fresh rosemary, finely chopped |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a shallow pan with foil.
Slice off tip and end of each carrot and peel each completely. Cut into little pieces or cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot sticks, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Place carrots in the pan, spreading sticks out as much as possible. Bake for about 20 minutes.
