Caramel-Banana Topping recipe

- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup whipping (heavy) cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 medium bananas, diagonally sliced
Instructions:
Mix sugar, whipping cream, corn syrup, margarine, and vanilla in 1-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Add bananas, stir gently until well coated. Use as topping over Chocolate Waffles.
Serves: 12
