8 | sponge fingers |
cold strong coffee | |
140 ml | whipping cream |
1 tbsp | icing sugar |
3 tbsp | baileys |
8 scoop(s) | Baileys or vanilla ice cream |
1 | chocolate flake |
Instructions
Halve the sponge fingers and press them into four glasses. Soak them with just enough cold coffee without getting an overspill.Whisk the cream with the sugar and Baileys until you get soft peaks.
Spoon icec ream into the glasses, then top with the cream. Break up the chocolate flake and scatter over the cream.
