Campbell’s Kitchen Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Hearty and so good, this casserole can be put together in only 15 minutes, resulting in a complete meal ready in only 20 minutes more.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 serving vegetable cooking spray
- 4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell’s(R) Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
- 2 cups cooked instant white rice
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell’s(R) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spray a 10-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes or until well browned and cooked through, stirring often.
3. Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray. Place the chicken into the baking dish. Top with the mushrooms. Spoon the celery soup over the mushrooms. Top with the peas and rice. Spoon the mushroom soup over the rice. Sprinkle with the cheese.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
Tip: Substitute Campbell’s(R) Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup for the Cream of Celery Soup.
