Ingredients
750 ml | grapefruit juice |
400 | caster sugar |
200 ml | Campari |
30 ml | lemon juice |
350 ml | orange juice |
Instructions
Whisk together grapefruit juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.Either freeze in a plastic box with a lid, or use an ice-cream machine. The freezing time will depend on your freezer.
This is a subtle bitter sweet sorbet and is foolproof.
