Ingredients
400 g | Camembert cheese, chopped finely |
200 g | sour cream |
200 g | single cream |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
In a food processor blend together Camembert and sour cream until smooth. Whisk the single cream until stiff and fold in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Fill the mixture into an ice cream machine and process to desired consistency.
Great with poached pears and cranberry sauce.
