Ingredients

• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
• 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
• 2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup canned chopped green chiles
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 cup hot cooked rice

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins

1. Rub chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Heat oil in large skillet and brown chicken in hot oil, about two minutes on each side.
