Ingredients

1 kg white cabbage, stem removed, cleaned und cut into stripes
2  onions, finely chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
300 g potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices
½ bunch(es) parsley, chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 liter(s) vegetable stock
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp thyme
100 ml sour cream
1 tsp flour

Instructions

In a casserole heat oil, add onions and braise lightly, increase heat to medium, stirring until onions turn brown. Add garlic, potatoes and cabbage and salt. Stir for about 2 minutes then add vegetable stock and spices. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes.

Mix sour cream with flour and add to the cabbage and cook for another minute. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
