Cabbage Soup recipe

|1 kg||white cabbage, stem removed, cleaned und cut into stripes|
|2||onions, finely chopped|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, finely chopped|
|300 g||potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices|
|½ bunch(es)||parsley, chopped|
|2 liter(s)||vegetable stock|
|1 tsp||caraway seeds|
|1 tsp||paprika powder|
|100 ml||sour cream|
In a casserole heat oil, add onions and braise lightly, increase heat to medium, stirring until onions turn brown. Add garlic, potatoes and cabbage and salt. Stir for about 2 minutes then add vegetable stock and spices. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes.
Mix sour cream with flour and add to the cabbage and cook for another minute. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
