Ingredients
1 ½ kg | chicken breast, cut into chunks |
500 ml | buttermilk |
200 g | potato flakes |
100 g | flour |
1 tsp | poultry seasoning |
120 ml | vegetable oil |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Pour buttermilk into a shallow dish and add chicken pieces. Place in refrigerator and marinate chicken in buttermilk overnight.Then, combine potato flakes, flour, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well. Take marinated chicken pieces and caot in potato/flour mixture.
Heat some oil in a large skillet and fry chicken over low heat until golden brown.
