Ingredients

1 ½ kg chicken breast, cut into chunks
500 ml buttermilk
200 g potato flakes
100 g flour
1 tsp poultry seasoning
120 ml vegetable oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Pour buttermilk into a shallow dish and add chicken pieces. Place in refrigerator and marinate chicken in buttermilk overnight.

Then, combine potato flakes, flour, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well. Take marinated chicken pieces and caot in potato/flour mixture.

Heat some oil in a large skillet and fry chicken over low heat until golden brown.
