Burschetta with bell peppers recipe details
Ingredients
2 | bell peppers, red and yellow |
4 slice(s) | Ciabatta bread or Baguette, freshly toasted |
1 clove(s) | garlic, cut into halves |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Place the bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast, turning at least once for 30 minutes or until black all around. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly, then peel off the skin and remove the seed. Cut the bell peppers in stripes.
Rub the freshly roasted bread with the garlic. Place bell pepper stripes on each bread, sprinkle with a little parsley, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with oil.
Serve immediately.
