This is a favorite among guests at Year of the Horse Inn. It was passed to me by the former owner of the inn, Carlton Bond. Thanks, Carlton.
Open a package of biscuit mix. Cut each biscuit in half and roll halves into balls. Dip sections in orange juice; top each section with a raisin, blueberry, or peach slice; sprinkle liberally with sugar-cinnamon mix. Place in a shallow cake pan and bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees (convection oven works fine). Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
