Bulgur with Vegetables recipe

|1||onion, finely chopped|
|2 tbsp||tomato puree|
|salt and pepper|
|150 g||Bulgur wheat|
Seed the pointed peppers and cut into fine rings. Peel and finely chop the onion.
In a skillet, heat the butter, and sauté the onion. Add the tomato purée and the pointed peppers. Season with salt and pepper and pour in the water. Stir in the Bulgur.
Cover and bring to a short boil, then simmer over low heat until the water is completely soaked up by the Bulgur. Check seasoning before serving.
