Ingredients

150 g	pickled artichokes, drained
1	roasted red bell pepper, drained and seeds removed
3 clove(s)	black garlic, peeled
1 tsp	tomato puree
	red hot chili pepper, 2 slices
½	lemon, juice
1 handful	parsley, chopped
1	French loaf, thin (flūte)
2 tbsp	extra vergin olive oil
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
some	basil leaves

Instructions

Place the first 7 ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the bread in slices, divide the slices on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake until slightly golden.

Spread with the artichoke and garlic paste and serve garnished with basil leaves.
