Bruschette with artichokes and black garlic recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | pickled artichokes, drained |
1 | roasted red bell pepper, drained and seeds removed |
3 clove(s) | black garlic, peeled |
1 tsp | tomato puree |
red hot chili pepper, 2 slices | |
½ | lemon, juice |
1 handful | parsley, chopped |
1 | French loaf, thin (flūte) |
2 tbsp | extra vergin olive oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
some | basil leaves |
Instructions
Place the first 7 ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the bread in slices, divide the slices on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake until slightly golden.
Spread with the artichoke and garlic paste and serve garnished with basil leaves.
