Ingredients

- 1 (21 ounce) box fudge brownie mix
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- green food coloring (optional)
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation method
Prep: 6 hours 20 mins | Cook: 25 mins
1. Prepare brownie mix as package directs; stir in walnuts. Turn into an aluminum-foil-lined and greased 9×13-inch baking pan. Bake as directed. Cool thoroughly.
2. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, extract, and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream and chips. Pour over brownie layer.
3. Cover; freeze 6 hours, or until firm. To serve, lift from pan with foil; cut into squares.
