Serves: 4- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 six-ounce salmon steaks
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to broil.
2. Sprinkle pepper on both sides of salmon steaks.
