Serves: 4- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Preheat broiler to High.
