Broiled salmon with cucumber sauce recipe details
A delicious twist to salmon. The salmon is almost secondary to the delicious mixture of this sauce.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup peeled, seeded, and diced cucumber
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (1 pound) salmon fillet
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 5 mins1. Combine mayonnaise, cucumber, red onion, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley and garlic in a a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat broiler. Place tinfoil on broiler pan and place salmon skin side down, on top of the foil. Broil salmon 12 inches from heat for 10 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
3. Serve sauce with salmon.
