Broiled broccoli recipe details
This is an exciting twist on an old veggie. Italian cheeses under the broiler make this Broccoli come alive!

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 lb fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup E.V.Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat the broiler for High heat. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli and cook 2 to 6 minutes until crisp tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat Olive Oil in a pan on medium heat. Add garlic, then toss in broccoli to coat. Put broccoli into an oven safe pan. Sprinkle Asiago and Parmesan over entire dish.
3. Set under broiler on high until cheese just starts to turn golden brown. Remove from broiler and serve.
