- Ingredients
- Large grapefruits
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, all spice
Cut grapefruit in half. remove center, and loosen the sections with knife. Remove all membrane from sections. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and sprinkle with spices of your choice. If you like, dot with butter. Broil for about 10 minutes, or until top is golden brown. For a variety sprinkle grapefruit with sherry, honey, maple syrup. Madeira rum, grenadine syrup, or brandy. It’s wonderful.
