Broccoli with Nut and Cheese Crumbles recipe

|salt and pepper|
|1 tbsp||butter for the casserole dish|
|4 tbsp||soft butter|
|4 tbsp||hazelnuts, ground|
|4 tbsp||hazelnuts, chopped|
|8 tbsp||grated cheese|
Wash the broccoli and divide in florets. Slice the stalks.
In a saucepan, bring some salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli stalks, cover and cook for 4 minutes. Add the broccoli florets, cover and cook for 4 more minutes.
Preheat the oven to 225°C.
In a bowl, mix together 4 tablespoons of soft butter, hazelnuts, breadcrumbs and cheese. Season with pepper and nutmeg. Crumble the mixture with your fingertips.
Drain the broccoli and transfer in a buttered casserole. Season with salt. Cover with the nut and cheese crumbles and bake for 20 minutes.
