Ingredients
250 g | bread crumbs |
70 g | butter |
60 g | celery, chopped |
40 g | onions, chopped |
½ tsp | poultry seasoning, see databse |
½ tsp | sage, ground |
2 medium | eggs, beaten |
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste | |
turkey or chicken broth |
Instructions
Sauté onion and celery together in the butter until softened.Season with salt and pepper, sage and poultry seasoning and combine with bread and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in broth until well moistened.
