Ingredients
450 g | butter |
260 g | confectioners’ sugar |
2 tbsp | brandy |
80 ml | double cream |
2 | egg yolks |
Instructions
Cream together butter and sugar and beat until light coloured.Add egg yolks and beat until thick and lemon-coloured.
Beat in double cream and cook over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add brandy and serve warm with steak chicken or pork.
