Ingredients
2 sticks butter (1 cup)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups mashed banana
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sour cream
Instructions:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and blend in. Fold in mashed bananas, nuts, and sour cream. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans (or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool at least 20 minutes before taking out of pan.

Makes:2 loaves
