Boneless country ribs with cola basting sauce recipe details
A great ribs marinade with cola gives plenty of flavor to these BBQ country ribs.

Ingredients
Serves: 12- 3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cola
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 to 4 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 45 mins | Extra time: 5 hours, marinating1. In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients except ribs together. Measure out 1 1/2 cups into a large plastic resealable bag and add ribs, turning to coat. Seal back and place in refrigerator for 5 hours to marinate. Reserve remaining marinade.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grate. Remove ribs from marinade and place over indirect heat on grill.
3. Cook with the grill lid down for 10 minutes, basting every 5 minutes with reserved marinade. Flip, and cook for 35 more minutes, flipping every now and then and continuing to baste.
