Boiled potatoes with tomato dip recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | potatoes, peeled and diced |
150 g | yoghurt |
3 tbsp | sun-dried tomatoes in oil, diced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 dash(es) | sparkling water |
1 tsp | ketchup |
½ tsp | tomato puree |
paprika powder | |
cayenne pepper |
Instructions
Cook the potatoes in salted water until done, then drain.Mix the yoghurt with the sun-dried tomatoes, water, ketchup and the tomato purée. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder and cayenne pepper.
Serve the cooked potatoes with the dip.
