Blueberry Vinegar recipe

|350 ml||white wine vinegar|
|80 g||canned blueberries|
|80 ml||blueberry syrup from can|
Pour bueberry syrup and white wine vinegar into a bottle. Spoon in the berries and seal the bottle. Store in a cool dark place at room temperature for at least 1 week.
Serving suggestion:Add some extra virgin olive oil and use as a dressing for a salad of Gorgonzola, walnuts and mixed greens.
