Blueberry Sorbet recipe

|240 g||granulated sugar|
|2 tbsp||lemon juice|
|2 tbsp||corn syrup|
In a saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil. Lower heat to low and bring to a simmer. Cook until sugar is dissolved.
Put blueberries, lemon juice, and corn syrup in a blender and process until smooth. Combine with the sugar mixture and mix thoroughly. Place in a refrigerator to chill.
