Blueberry Scones recipe

- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cups sugar, plus more for sprinkling
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 Tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add butter and cut in with a pastry blender until crumbs form. Stir in blueberries. In a small bowl whisk together egg and milk. Add to flour mixture and stir with a fork until ingredients are moistened and hold together. On a baking sheet drop batter by heaping tablespoon 2 inches apart. Sprinkle with sugar and bake until golden brown about 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
