Blue Cheese and Cabbage Salad recipe

Ingredients
1 kg | red cabbage, shredded |
200 g | parsley, chopped |
60 g | blue cheese |
90 ml | mayonnaise |
4 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
Instructions
In large bowl, toss together cabbage and parsley and set aside.
In a another bowl, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise and mustard, mix well. Add dressing to cabbage and toss well.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
