Ingredients for Batter
1/2 pound (2 sticks) melted margarine
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 milk
2 eggs
1 cup flour
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Ingredients for filling
2 pounds cottage cheese
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
dash of lemon juice
vanilla to taste
cinnamon to taste
raisins to taste

Instructions:

Grease a large 9 x 13-inch pan. Fill with 1/2 batter, then add filling and cover with other half of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
