- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup lemon-lime soft drink
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted and divided
Combine sour cream and soft drink in a medium bowl; stir in biscuit mix with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into lightly greased miniature muffin pans and brush with half of butter.
Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Brush with remaining butter and serve immediately.
Yields: 2 dozen muffins
