Ingredients:
2 cups fresh corn, cut from the cob
4 eggs, well-beaten
2 cups light cream
1 Tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered 2-quart baking dish. Place dish in a shallow pan of very hot water (water level about 1 inch deep). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until an inserted knife appears clean.
