Ingredients:

favorite corn muffin recipe or mix for 2 dozen muffins

1 cup chopped green chiles

1 cup chopped chorizo sausage

Instructions:

Prepare corn muffins. Add remaining ingredients. Bake as usual in greased muffin pans. Serve with orange marmalade or sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top while hot.
