Bernaise sauce recipe details
Ingredients
2 medium | eggs, yolks only |
3 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | tarragon leaves |
1 tbsp | minced onion |
2 tsp | white wine |
Instructions
Combine yolks and lemon juice in a small pan and stir with wooden spoon.Add in one half of the butter and all of the onion and tarragon. Stir over low heat.
Add the rest of the butter and stir until all butter is melted.
Serve with vegetables or red meat.
